PCD Group makes Inc. 5000 list
PCD Group also earned the ranking of 2273 on the 2008 Inc. 5000 list this past summer - recognizing the fastest growing private companies in America. In addition, PCD Group ranked 35 in the Top 50 Businesses in Portland/Vancouver/Beaverton, OR-WA from this list.

As PCD Group as grown over the past few years, we have added some very talented and highly creative web developers, programmers and designers who continually search for new and better solutions to problems we all face in the interactive field. To encourage this innovative spirit in our staff, we have launched PCD Labs, where our team can experiment and explore some of the latest technologies such as AJAX, Flex, XML, and Video to find simple and effective solutions to everyday business objectives. Mercy Corps Nominated for Nobel Peace Prize
Washington, DC - Congressman Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) nominated Mercy Corps, a global humanitarian agency headquartered in Portland, for the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize. Mercy Corps works to alleviate suffering, poverty and oppression by helping people around the world build their own secure, productive and just communities.
Since 1979, Mercy Corps has provided more than $1 billion in assistance to people in 82 nations. They offer programs on the ground in more than 35 countries, working towards positive, peaceful change for communities and entire regions. Congressman Blumenauer has worked first-hand with Mercy Corps in New Orleans, following Hurricane Katrina, and in the wake of the 2005 Indian Ocean tsunami.
